We noticed a large scratch on front bumper upon pickup after state inspection service. Notified manager immediately, said he would get back in touch in next two days , never did. Called the next week twic after state inspection service. Notified manager immediately, said he would get back in touch in next two days , never did. Called the next week twice and finally notified me he had video footage that it did not happen there and would email video to me, never did. Not good management. More
