Met all my expectations I reached out on Facebook asking about needing a second car asap. I had no money for a down payment or taxes and fees . So my wife and I did just that. He showed us a few options. We chose a ford escape. Its been a wonderful car. All we had to do is the usual paperwork and we were off. No money down. I test drove a Chrysler Pacifica at this dealership. I highly recommend Bob Ferrando Ford. I was quoted an excellent price. Art in sales was an awesome sales man. NO PRESSURE!
