Great Service from Bob Ferrando Ford My Explorer would not start over the weekend and I needed it for a family trip on the following Tuesday. I was able to drop it off at Bob Ferrando's My Explorer would not start over the weekend and I needed it for a family trip on the following Tuesday. I was able to drop it off at Bob Ferrando's on Sunday night and to my surprise, I received a call from the Service department that it was fixed and ready for pickup Monday afternoon.
