A Pleasant Service Appointment I've owned and driven cars for more than 50 years. This is the ONLY dealership that I've continued to use after my cars have exhausted their warranty. I've owned and driven cars for more than 50 years. This is the ONLY dealership that I've continued to use after my cars have exhausted their warranty. Why? Because most dealers try to up sell you every time you bring your car in for service. But not this dealer. They do only what is required to pass inspection or fix the problem. They also tell you about things you should be watching for in the near future. Other dealers try to get you to fix everything at one time and run up your bill. Not these guys. They tell you what may need servicing in the future so you can space out the work and the cost. I really like that! And, on top of that, they give me a 10% discount because I'm a veteran. Not too many places do that and I appreciate it very much. I would very highly recommend these guys for a purchase or service. More

Based on a recommendation, we took the vehicl Transmission cooling fan on our F150 became stuck in the "full on" mode during our recent move to Erie. Based on a recommendation, we took the vehicle to Bob Ferrando Ford. The service manager and service technician working on the vehicle couldn't have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, or helpful.
