Routine service I took my Taurus in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writers are very friendly and efficient at getting the cars in and serviced quick I took my Taurus in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writers are very friendly and efficient at getting the cars in and serviced quickly. I also mentioned a concern about my steering wheel and they diagnosed the problem and ordered parts.
