Excellent Service I have been coming there over roughly 8 years. I make the drive from Erie because I trust them, and that is hard to come by. Arlind especially has always gone above and beyond in explaining things and making the process easy. I know I could sometimes get service cheaper or closer to where I live, but it is worth the drive. I feel terrible that I can not think of her name but the woman in the checkout area of service is also amazing!! While the service was excellent, I am still totally disappointed that there was no resolution as promised by the salesperson to procure and install the part.
