Practical, cost effective service My 2011 Ford F-150 was bought new at Ferrando Ford and all of its service needs have been provided by this dealer, including routine oil changes, annu My 2011 Ford F-150 was bought new at Ferrando Ford and all of its service needs have been provided by this dealer, including routine oil changes, annual state inspections and warranty work. On this visit, I was experiencing problems with the turn signal. The mechanic determined that a part inside the steering column had been broken, likely by aggressive use of the turn signal stalk (did I mention that I have a four year old grandson who likes to pretend drive?). This was an unusual occurrence and the dealership did not have the (quite expensive) part in their inventory. The service personnel showed me the problem and said "if it were my truck, I would repair the broken part with longer screws that should address the broken plastic housing". I agreed and it's what they did to get me back on the road. How many repair shops look out for customers like this? I recommend this dealership without hesitation. More
