They only fixed two of three items I came in for repair. Two items fixed out of three. My biggest issue is that a new flashlight I put in my car that morning was taken from my car. Battery I was having issues with my 2016 Ford Explorer intermittently not starting. Took it to Auto Zone for a battery check and told it was fine and I should I was having issues with my 2016 Ford Explorer intermittently not starting. Brought it to Bob Ferrando and it took 20 minutes to tell me that my battery was in fact going bad. Forty minutes later I was back on the road knowing I had a vehicle that will start! I thought the price for the battery and labor was competitive. More
