They only fixed two of three items I came in for repair. Two items fixed out of three. My biggest issue is that a new flashlight I put in my car that morning was taken from my car. It was not an expensive item but it was given to me as a gift by a sweet child who thought I needed a flashlight that matched my car color. I know now that if I have any repair done there I will remove anything of value and take an inventory of all remaining items left in car. More
Battery I was having issues with my 2016 Ford Explorer intermittently not starting. Took it to Auto Zone for a battery check and told it was fine and I should I was having issues with my 2016 Ford Explorer intermittently not starting. Took it to Auto Zone for a battery check and told it was fine and I should have no worries driving it. Coming upon the busy summer travel season, I was concerned with that response. Brought it to Bob Ferrando and it took 20 minutes to tell me that my battery was in fact going bad. Forty minutes later I was back on the road knowing I had a vehicle that will start! I thought the price for the battery and labor was competitive. More
