He took us out in the car and answered all our questions. What impressed me about this young associate is that he didn’t try to answer a question that he didn’t know the answer to! When we returned from our ride, Todd was there and Devin mention each question that he couldn’t answer and Todd did! Devin is a keeper! When I decided to buy I met Paul who went over all the financing with me! Again, very knowledgeable. When it came to discussing all the warranties, again no pressure! The service department again went out of its way to please I needed an inspection and oil change. But they also did a multipoint inspection on other systems and rotated tires. And then they went out their way I needed an inspection and oil change. But they also did a multipoint inspection on other systems and rotated tires. And then they went out their way to rub out and polish and use touch up paint to remove the scrape on my truck's side panel which I caused a day earlier by taking a turn too sharp at Mason farms. They really removed a burden I caused myself and saved me a $500 insurance deductible charge if I had gone to a local paint shop. Thank you all. More
