Excellent Service Appointment As always, John Barney and his staff in the service department went over and above on my service call. My appointment was for the 10,000 mile service and an important recall. As soon as I drove into the service department I was immediately addressed and before I knew it a mechanic was already in my car taking it to a service bay for the service. I was, as always, very impressed with the level of professionalism on everyone's part, their prompt and thorough service. I would not take my car anywhere else but Bob Ferrando Ford! More

They sold me a broken car and would do nothing to fix it and were not nice to me when I called them. I know it as is but I couldn't even get the car home the night I bought it.
