After I made an appointment for a test drive, Megin sent an email to me withing TWO minutes of our phone conversation. The email confirmed the time of my scheduled appointment, described the main entrance under the blue awning, included directions and a map to Bob Brown Chevrolet. I was able to test drive the car, within 15-20 minutes of my arrival to the dealership. Ed Olivetta was very informative about the car. Since it was early in my search for a car, I did not make an offer to buy the car, but Ed explained the price (and of course, was willing to sell the car to me that evening). Megin left two voicemails on my phone over the long weekend, as a follow-up. She wanted to make sure my visit and experience at Bob Brown was good. Honesty is a big thing for anyone buy a major purchase and it goes both ways (for the buyer and the seller)! I told them everything about my trade I could and they were honest about there Suburban! We went for a test drive & Doug was able to answer all of my questions, but there was never a high-pressure sales pitch. When it came time to find my exact vehicle, Doug identified one that was exactly what I wanted and it was already in transit to the dealer. I had it in just a few days!! He did some figuring and we found out we COULD make a very good deal and save us money on our monthly payments. We are getting more for less! He stayed late to help us make this trade, to our satisfaction. There was not pressure at all. Both he and the business manager, Lois Enga, explained everything to us both before the deal and after.
