Hands down best car buying experience ever!!! I always dread buying cars but I needed a minivan for my expanding family. After previously doing a test drive with them and deciding what I wanted, I was literally able to pick the out the car I wanted from their lot online and apply for financing online in 15 minutes. We did negotiations via phone, which also took no time because the price we arrived at quickly was more than fair. I came the next day and and got a tutorial on the car, had all of my user settings programmed, and all finance paperwork done with keys in hand on my hour lunch break! Who has ever bought a car on their lunch break? Thanks to Dan and Bob Boyte Honda, now I have! More
Service department is horrible We had purchased a new 2015 Honda Odyssey from Bob Boyte Honda, which was a wonderful experience. In addition to that purchase we also added the service plan with the vehicle. The first service went great and our vehicle was returned freshly washed and clean. We had found the vehicle pulled to the left and took the vehicle back in to have that issue fixed. We were told the alignment is fine and that it is the roads that are making the vehicle pull. Our next service all the issues were not fixed and the vehicle was returned dirty. Our last service we had a few more issues with the vehicle that needed to be repaired. While waiting over 3 hours for the service we were told they broke a part and needed to have us return the following day to repair. We returned the following day (saturday) and waited an additional 3+ hour to find they could no longer open the door and would need to keep the vehicle a few more days. We were told all they had to put our family of 5 in was a Civic! we understood and we shoehorned 3 car seats into a Civic, and were told they would have a new SUV or Van on Monday. We never received a call and heard nothing until we called on Thursday. We were suddenly told they had just found a van to put us in and they were in the process of calling us. Well 11 days later we are finally told all the issues have been fixed and our van was ready for pickup. Upon inspecting our van we found they severely damaged the dash board (which was obvious), While trying to open the door they scratched the window tint, our car was not cleaned and our possessions that were in the way of the repair were thrown onto the back floor. As well the issue with the bumper we have been complaining about for months was not fixed. We brought all this up to our service adviser who said the bumper is not broken it just doesn't stay connected to the vehicle for some unknown reason and he hadn't noticed the damage that occurred. We had contacted Mr Bob Boyte and were told the service manager had quite and they are dealing with a high volume of airbag recalls. So I am lead to believe that we should just suck it up and deal with our poor customer service and broken vehicle because the dealership's service department is busy and doesn't have a manager. More

Valerie took the time to carefully and cautiously get everything I needed while I was there. She and her team worked everything out so that I could drive away with my dream truck, 2015 Gunmetal Gray Toyota 4Runner. Bob really does have the best team members he could possibly have running his show up there! First time walking in the doors and every single member of his team spoke and shook my hand. Great Experience Dan Powell was great to deal with over the phone and by email. He gave us a great price on a new Pilot and made it worth the one hour drive to Boyte Honda. I also worked with Milton Pickett when we arrived, he was very nice and knowledgable as well. I only have two complaints. First, when we arrived at the pre-scheduled time, all the managers were in a lengthy meeting and we had to wait much longer than expected to get the buying process started. Second, the finance manager was very pushy with the expensive extended warranties and service plans. When we respectfully declined, he was still pushy and persuasive and seemingly tried to guilt-trip us into purchasing these "products". We also had to wait an extended length of time to sit down with a finance rep (who was very nice and efficient by the way) to sign all the papers. Overall though we had a good experience and got a good deal. More
