I did my homework before the purchase and had a figure to work around on a new Pilot-Touring; the good thing is Dan bettered that price without knowing my price - Now That Is A Deal. When I have a question, Dan is a phone call away and is prompt to call back with an answer. I'm so confident and satisfied with Dan Powell and Bob Boyte Honda that I will not "shop around" for another Honda when I purchase another one, I will go straight to Dan. More

I bought a brand new 2013 Honda Accord from this dealership and it's been a terrible experience from the start. Once they had my money I never once heard from my sales man again. Then a month afte dealership and it's been a terrible experience from the start. Once they had my money I never once heard from my sales man again. Then a month after having the car I started experiencing issues with the transmission. I had about 1,200 miles on the car at this time. From the first time I spoke to the service manager, Terri, my experience went from bad to a nightmare. He was extremely rude. Ashley told me that they had experienced the issue, then denies ever telling me that. Long story short I'll never be buying or even stepping a foot at Bob Boyte again. I don't see them staying open for much longer seeing the way they treat repeat buyers like we WERE.... More

I am GREATLY disappointed in Bob Boyte Honda!!!!!! 2002 CRV was idiling so we took the car to the Bob Boyte Honda service department. Per Ashley Searls it is your oxygen sensor so we paid over $600.00 for CRV was idiling so we took the car to the Bob Boyte Honda service department. Per Ashley Searls it is your oxygen sensor so we paid over $600.00 for this. Well it was out of this shop for only 2 weeks when it began to happen again. So we called Ashley again. Now she called and the service department as well as the technicians have decided that we will need over $2300.00 done that it was not the oxygen sensors!!! Please, do you and your helpers not know what is going on? DO NOT TAKE YOUR HONDA TO BOB BOYTE FOR SERVICE! They are rude and incompetent! More
