According to our system, the additional service was a recommended given the mileage on the vehicle, however, the moment you mentioned to her it had been done, she found it in the system and continued to assist you. In regards to the wait time, we are sorry for the inconvenience, often times we are very busy and do have other customers come in just for regular oil changes, that do not take as much time, as other services. We do have a complimentary shuttle service available and are more than happy to find you a temporary car, so that next time you do not need to wait for your vehicle. We hope you do give us another chance in the future.
