Cost too high for bad/incomplete services. Inadequate explanation of the services to be performed from beginning to end. We still don't know what services were performed for 5.5 hours of labor Inadequate explanation of the services to be performed from beginning to end. We still don't know what services were performed for 5.5 hours of labor at $125 per hour for a total cost of $687.50. At first we couldn't tell what work was completed and when asked what work was done, they either could not or would not physically show us. They charged list price for parts that could be bought online for almost 75% less, which were also original GM parts. When asked about this, they simply said " well, that's how much we charge." Our total bill was over $1,200. This is ridiculous and would not have happened before when it was called Preston Hood. I can't remember their names but there were two men who worked at the front desk that didn't mind explaining every single detail of the repair and cost. The lady in charge of explaining things now (Tammy) could not do the same. We even contacted the service manager for an explanation and was told the camera was checked and the technician in fact worked for 5.5 hours on our truck but he couldn't explain what was done. We weren't allowed to speak directly to the technician. $1200 may not mean much to them but it does to us, especially the week before Christmas. More

Tried to get more money out of me for a service already done I scheduled an appointment online to have my vehicle’s brakes checked out. I had a 9:30am appointment on Saturday (12/21/2019) but I arrived about 30 I scheduled an appointment online to have my vehicle’s brakes checked out. I had a 9:30am appointment on Saturday (12/21/2019) but I arrived about 30 minutes early. I told them I would be waiting for my car. Approximately 1 hour later, Tammy, brings me to her desk and gave me a run-down about my vehicle. She stated, “you need to have your transmission flush”. I instructed her this had just been done. She quickly marked that price out and did not say another word about it. I asked her why I needed another transmission flush, she avoided the question. I told her to just change my front brakes and I would be leaving. My car went to the service back area at approximately 9:00 A.M. I did not leave Ray Brandt Chevrolet until approximately 1245-1:00 pm. I watched numerous (5 to be exact) come in and leave before me. I asked before they got started if the mechanic had any additional vehicles he was working on. I was told “no” he is working on yours. This is my second time going to this place and I do believe it will be my last. The first time they did not do anything I asked them to do with my car. I thought i would give them a second chance. Just be careful if whoever reads this go by this place to have work done. Make sure you keep all your receipts and know exactly what needs to be done to your vehicle. More
Left items unplugged after last repair I had carpet replaced a couple of months ago under warranty for a rip on the floor board. He made the process very easy. Max in the service center was very nice. More
