Great Service! I brought my 2019 Cadillac XT5 in for service because the driver side rear tail light/blinker wasn't working. I had first brought it to the dealer fr I brought my 2019 Cadillac XT5 in for service because the driver side rear tail light/blinker wasn't working. I had first brought it to the dealer from which I bought the vehicle and after keeping my car for two days, they returned it to me with the tail light still not working. I decided to bring it to Ray Brandt because I had received excellent service from them when I leased a Malibu. Max Gruich checked me in as soon as I arrived and handed it over to Josh Gingell. Josh determined in a short time that the tail light assembly was defective and had allowed water to penetrate. This caused the light and turn signal to fail. He ordered the necessary replacement parts and I returned when they arrived. Josh installed the replacement and fixed the problem in no time at all. Since my car is still under warranty, there was no cost. I intend to bring my car to Ray Brandt for all my service needs. Thanks, Josh! More
