I must say from the time I entered the building until the time I left I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. They serviced my vehicle and didn’t tamper with any of my stuff inside my car or the trunk. I’v time I left I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. They serviced my vehicle and didn’t tamper with any of my stuff inside my car or the trunk. I’ve had issues with other Chevy dealerships tampering or throwing away things of mine. I had a warranty repair done and I must say, I’m extremely happy that I now have AC again and my vehicle is back to being reliable. Thank you Ray Brandt Chevrolet and thank you Tammy for your outstanding customer service oriented attitude. Kindness was very well reciprocated. More

I like the service but I do feel the price for brakes on the rear of the car only was quite high. Also a $15.00. Charge on the bill was not explained. I called in for an appointment to get my truck an oil change and rotate my tires. I also came in to have my vehicle recalls done for 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. The department manager Walt Himel and his staff were professional, friendly extremely detailed about the services my vehicle required and the costs for each service and also the rewards program. My wait while my vehicle was being serviced was not long. Walt also assisted me with the registration into the Chevrolet rewards program. Outstanding job Walt Himel and staff members. More

My husband and I were assisted by Austin. He was OUTSTANDING. He was very knowledgeable about his job and entertained my husband and I with jokes, etc. We initially had a salesman from Nissan and I OUTSTANDING. He was very knowledgeable about his job and entertained my husband and I with jokes, etc. We initially had a salesman from Nissan and I cannot remember his name, he introduced us to Austin. We loved him also. The ONLY reason I am giving four stars is due to the servicing department. A mirror and stereo were “ordered”, all agreed upon per contract. When the mirror arrived, I brought my vehicle in and was told that they did not have any loaner vehicles, therefore I had to find another way to work. I’ve never had trouble obtaining a loaner vehicle from a dealership before! Than, the next day I was told the mirror they purchased wouldn’t be compatible, it would need an entire new passenger mirror that would need to be repainted, but it would take a few more days to receive the parts. After several days I called back to check on my parts being order by a (Josh) and was told he did not work at the facility anymore, but Tammy reassured me they “were on the way sweetie, they are just backed up right now.” I continued to call back MULTIPLE TIMES, over a MONTH, speaking with Tammy each time and again, being reassured she would call when it came in. After the month I decided to speak with a service manager, Walt. Walt became my best friend. Long story short, he apologized for the wait, stated their department made an error and my parts were never ordered. Walt and I have been in contact several times and he has kept me up to date on the new process. I was told that the issue fell back on Josh, who no longer worked there. Tammy was nice to me when I called, but she never took the time to physically look up any of my information. If it weren’t for Walt, I would probably still be waiting on parts that were never ordered! More
