Collision Repair My 2015 Dodge Challenger was significantly damaged by a semi. They kept us informed of the status of the repairs and made sure that it was absolutely perfect when they returned it to me. The quality of the repair was outstanding. You can't tell the car was damaged in any way. They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I also had the opportunity to speak with the gentleman who detailed my car (I forget his name) and it was impressive to see someone who takes so much pride in his work!! Outstanding service on all levels!!!! More

WE have been purchasing vehicles for 40 years and this is by far the most pleasant experience we have had. There was no pressure, just a knowledgeable salesman who informed us about the vehicle and then let by far the most pleasant experience we have had. He completed all the work to set up the "Sync" system and patiently explained how to use the services. He went over the entire car with us and actually spot cleaned some spots himself. My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle, we found the vehicle on the internet and decided to take the hour drive to 2 different dealers, things didn't work out at the first dealer so we decided to ta the vehicle on the internet and decided to take the hour drive to 2 different dealers, things didn't work out at the first dealer so we decided to take the extra 30 min ride over to Bob Boyd to look at the second vehicle, we was over whelmed with customer service from the minute we walked in until we drove off the lot in the car we came to look at. Chris and Jim went over and beyond helping us get what we wanted with our trade in and the price we wanted to pay out the door. This was the first time that buying a car wasn't a big hassle for us and we drove off in the car we wanted and not the one forced on us. The follow up call from Chris the next day to see if we got home ok and if everything was fine with the car was another first, we will be coming back to this dealership as long as they will have us.
