Purchased a 2014 Escalade with 31,000 miles fro Buyers beware - Bring your own mechanic because they won’t stand behind their product after the sale. Purchased a 2014 Escalade with 31,000 miles from them for nearly $40,000 a couple weeks ago. I live 350 miles away and this was an expensive long distance purchase. Was assured the vehicle has passed their rigorous safety inspection with flying colors and needed nothing. 2 weeks later the brakes are grinding and vehicle needs a complete brake job. Rear pads are metal-on-metal (see pics) and fronts have only 10% pad life left. Manager at Boyd says that’s not possible, vehicle couldn’t have worn the parts out that quick, and that I'm out of luck. I’m no mechanic but can clearly see the parts that came off the car are worn out. I don’t know if this vehicle slipped through the cracks during their "inspection" or what happened, but Boyd has no intention to rectify this, which is too bad, as I bought this vehicle from them soley based on their reputation. More

Collision Repair My 2015 Dodge Challenger was significantly damaged by a semi. They kept us informed of the status of the repairs and made sure that it was absolutely perfect when they returned it to me. The quality of the repair was outstanding. You can't tell the car was damaged in any way. They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I also had the opportunity to speak with the gentleman who detailed my car (I forget his name) and it was impressive to see someone who takes so much pride in his work!! Outstanding service on all levels!!!! More
