I have been a Bob-Boyd customer for over 31 years and would not think of making a change. The sales team has always been very helpful, pricing was fair and the follow-up was always appreciated. I am driving my third Mercury Sable ('04). All three vehicles were purchased new from Bob Boyd. All three were/are serviced by only Bob Boyd. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat me, a woman vehicles were purchased new from Bob Boyd. All three were/are serviced by only Bob Boyd. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat me, a woman owner, with respect. I have never felt that the company tried to sell me a service or a part that wasn't necessary to the maintenance of the automobile. I will say that I liked the waiting area in the old location better than the new one. The new one is much smaller, very cramped, and has no windows. More
