Chris and Jim went over and beyond helping us get what we wanted with our trade in and the price we wanted to pay out the door. This was the first time that buying a car wasn't a big hassle for us and we drove off in the car we wanted and not the one forced on us. The follow up call from Chris the next day to see if we got home ok and if everything was fine with the car was another first, we will be coming back to this dealership as long as they will have us. At the end of the 3 year lease we purchased our 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Bayana was our sales person - She was absolutely fantastic! Bayana was very patient with us and offered several options but after several months, we decided to purchase our leased vehicle. The staff at Bob Boyd is incredible. Robin is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the systems in the MKS and can effectively share that information. I walked in at 4 pm and left with my new car at 7:30 pm!!!!!!!!!! I have a newer Honda that experienced some weather related damage, hail I believe but this was not confirmed as it happened when I left it at the airport when I was out of town. I initially attempted related damage, hail I believe but this was not confirmed as it happened when I left it at the airport when I was out of town. I initially attempted to get it fixed at the Honda store but the lead time was excessive. The adjustor made the initial estimate to fix the damage & I dropped the car off with Steve & Mike and was given a nice loaner car to use. The dealership found additional damage and got everything approved with my insurance company with my only involvement was a simple FYI phone call from their service department. I got my car back from Bob-Boyd in about a week and it looked better than when I bought it. Paint was a perfect match and the car was detailed like it was on the showroom. Mike went over the car with me and said I should bring it back in 30-45 days once the paint was well hardened and the would rub it out and wax it. Talk about customer service. Other dealers could learn a lot from Steve and Mike at Bob-Boyd!! More
