Was expecting to get swarmed by a vulture sales team like at most smaller dealers. I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn't the case. Boardwalk was very helpful, courteous, and as professional as any main at most smaller dealers. I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn't the case. Boardwalk was very helpful, courteous, and as professional as any mainstream dealer you'll find anywhere else. A+++ experience, would highly recommend, and look forward to doing business in the future! More
BEWARE! I bought a 2006 F-350. They promised it would be a good truck as I traded in my 18 Camry and 96 ram. The day I drove it home, the front right brake caliper fell off and ruined the inside of the rim a good truck as I traded in my 18 Camry and 96 ram. The day I drove it home, the front right brake caliper fell off and ruined the inside of the rim (I handled that myself). I’ve owned the truck for roughly 12 weeks, they’ve had the truck in the shop for 7weeks of my time of ownership. It’s been sent out to multiple shops to fix whatever problems it’s been having. I finally get the truck back, take it on a trip. Not only after 600 miles did it take 1 Gallon of oil (Not 1 quart. 1 GALLON), I was driving back down the pass towing about 8,000 lbs with my family in the backseat when the engine dies and with it go the power steering and brakes. SOMEBODY COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED! I take it back to the shop that did some repairs: They want to charge me $600 for a diagnosis. The shop the dealer took my truck to was a “radio” company who informed me Boardwalk’s GM wanted to “take the cheap route”. I took the truck to my mechanic (an actual diesel shop) and I’m told the motor has low compression in cylinder 3 and 7; the engine is failed and needs replacing. I contacted Jay Miller, the general manager at board walk; he basically told me me to deal with it then said if I pursued any kind of recourse, and I quote, “You won’t win”. He wants me to trade my truck back in for another pile of trash on their sorry-excuse-for-a-car lot. He wouldn’t play the “hypothetical” game on how much he would trade the truck back for until I “chose a new vehicle.” They won’t help at all with the repairs on the vehicle. I got quoted $20k for a new engine with a mechanic that I trust. Board walk motors should BOARD UP THEIR WINDOWS. Board walk is an unprofessional, unethical, stereotypical used car lot. Keep your business far away and save your family and friends from grief as well! More
Immediately upon our arrival we were greeted by each staff member within our view. We arrived to our appointment early but we were still assisted by the other staff until Aman was available. Boardwalk does an excellent job of making you feel comfortable and their staff is very personable. My car is awesome, by the way! More
Sales staff was great especially Alix general manager Jack was a rip off, tires on pickup I bought had dry rot and checking on them. I didn't notice until i got home . Contacted them next day, i called Jack was a rip off, tires on pickup I bought had dry rot and checking on them. I didn't notice until i got home . Contacted them next day, i called 3 times no call back. Finally got ahold of Jay the general manager he pretty much said they had air in them and they rolled. They looked good at a glance but were not safe at all , they shined them up. to look good , Tire shop said they were not safe . Jay didn't want to do anything about it .SOL Paid 17,000 dollars for pickup , I have to replace tires... Thanks Jay More
So I bought a 2006 Ram bighorn a little rough but as I was told it was a good solid truck so far I've put $2500 into the front-end (balljoints,,hub assembly both sides) another $2500 into a new/used rear- was told it was a good solid truck so far I've put $2500 into the front-end (balljoints,,hub assembly both sides) another $2500 into a new/used rear-end, the exhaust shop said someone cut the tailpipe off to hid the cracked exhaust manifold and now the transmission is starting to act up, what a lemon. Went to pick up the new license plates, asked Aman what can they do to help me out, he said he would talk to his boss and call me back still no call, the truck has been in the shop more than my driveway. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP they just want your hard earned money and once they get it you don't matter anymore. Again DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. More

They made us feel welcomed. Transition was smooth. Pleasure to work with. Felt more like a family friend than just a salesman. Will be back for future vehicles. Pleasure to work with. Felt more like a family friend than just a salesman. Will be back for future vehicles. More
