2005 F350 Although mechanically sound this truck had several hidden issues that any respectable dealership would have addressed before selling it. Moon roof and fog lights did not work, water leaks. Please be careful when buying a vehicle from this company.

The entire experience, thus far, is very professional and enjoyable. The sales person I've been working with is very knowledgeable and even sent me additional information on the car I'm interested in. I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with! They were beyond helpful with getting me into a car under very stressful circumstances. Jay Miller was compassionate to my situation and creative with helping me find financial solutions. Anthony was patience with me as a troubleshooted through my situation and made my decision…. Which was a great one and I live my 2010 Sequoia! As well Anthony was friendly and funny, and even fed me. He went above and beyond to lighten the mood of the stress of buying a car in an emergency situation.

I'm not disgruntled, in fact I've prayed for these people because from what I've experienced and read on other reviews they have to be careful when dealing in a shady way as desperate times can produce desperate people who might not handle them with grace. I will never deal with this place again and to my fellow military veterans, be careful with these folks. I'm out thousands to fix an issue which I have been advised they were aware of. The manufacturer (Mazda) serviced the vehicle and made a video of the discrepancies and showed where the spark plug had never been changed or checked and showed me the pink dot which lines up with plug which only comes from the manufacturer. The total cost to fix my vehicle was 7k. Posted pictures to prove. I can't believe they would sell me a vehicle with faulty brake pads knowing I have children and a family. Just wow.

I purchased a Mazda hatchback and a Pontic convertible. Simon is a serious G. Recommend international students to come here if uncertain about the whole process of getting a car/licensing/insurance and all that. Simon will help you thru all of it. BTW he's also very helpful w/ telling you more about America and all that. All the other folks there were great as well!
