I feel that I got a very fair amount offered for my trade-in, and there was no pressure at all I am very happy with my experience at Boardwalk motors! I feel that I got a very fair amount offered for my trade-in, and there was no pressure at all from the sales people about what I ended up purchasing. They have a large inventory with good variety, and the process start to finish was painless and quick! Everyone working there is very friendly and makes you feel like family. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely return when I need another new car! More

I almost died and I was promised to have a car with no issues. At least in driving condition. I have screenshots and conversations to prove how they ghost me and promised to have a decent car. I bought this Bmw knowing that they already serviced it and it was in a good condition. As I drove it off the lot, 5 minutes into driving, car started to smoke and bad burnt oil smell started to come from all over the car. I called back and they didn’t do anything about it. Only ignored my calls, if that counts. I am fully aware that I bought the car as is but this is not a good business. Just because I bought it as is, it doesn’t mean that car needs to be in this poor condition. Second day driving it on the road, in traffic, water pump pulley and belt broke down. Almost had an accident going 40-50 miles per hour and almost hit other cars and died. It’s been 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get a hold of them but they are ghosting me. Not only the car burns oil but pulleys/belt broke down. On top of that transmission is failing and steering is not working properly. You know when you have a joy of driving your new car of the lot, they killed it for me. Car was $12500 and repairs are going to cost more than $12000 and I’m left with a lemon title car. Can’t drive and can’t park anywhere. I’m gonna have to junk it. There are other dealerships that are reputable and you can trust. Please do your research. Don’t do the same mistake. I cannot stress enough how much I hate the car and doing business with this establishment. Check better business bureau and you will see other reviews. Other victims. I have pics and screenshots to prove that almost everything on the car is broken. I got the car 2 weeks ago. I mean even the roof is not stable. While I was driving, the roof lining dropped on my head. I had to glue it up. Trunk doesn’t work, parking sensors and navigation doesn’t work.... etc only thing is working properly is the seat belt (passenger side only because drivers side doesn’t roll up). I lost the joy of driving a new car off the lot. I will never be able to trust any other dealerships again. I don’t want to give out any names of who was working with me because they are only doing their job. He was very kind and responsive before I bought the car so thank you for that. I understand that any car can have problems but please stand behind your business and help out your customers that are in need. There are way too many dealerships.. just saying. Although, one thing I’m thankful for is that I learned a big and pricey lesson from them and will never trust any dealership again. Will always drive the car min 50 miles to let computer reset before buying it. Im left with a junk unit and $12500 worth of a life lesson. Glad that I have 2 other cars that I can drive at the moment. Basically, they buy cars from auctions, lemon cars, reset the computer and sell it to the customers. I understand it was “as is” deal no need to mention it again but come on now, it doesn’t even run. Please be ethical and fair. Not to mention it puts my life under danger. Bad business. It’s my 17th vehicle that owned in my life and never ever had this problem with any other dealership. At least answer my phone and compensate $1000 so I can start fixing the car for $12k or put a down payment on a different car (not from you). This is %100 pure honesty. I don’t own a rivalry dealership or trying to lie about what happened. Thank you for reading it. Please don’t call cause I won’t answer and please don’t threaten me any other way. This is my 2 cents. It was a costly learning curve. Build a better business and choose better cars from action. Thank you. More

I’ve had experience with 5 or 6 and this one so far beats the others. More
