I dropped my truck off for an oil change, a dash rattle, and the AC converter not working. I had to track down when my truck was completed, they claimed they couldn’t replicate the dash rattle and that the and the AC converter not working. I had their service manager come out to prove that the issues were not fixed and the outlets were in fact not working. They have yet to fix these issues. More
