It’s not about this issues that happen after a used car purchase. It’s about the fact that your operation there pencil whips inspection papers. E-brake should have been noticed, and replaced. Lazy service workers. How do you put net brakes on, and not notice the e-brake shoes? You do, laziness or cheapness doesn’t.

Our service advisers are not trying to sell you anything that should not be replace unless it is of safety concerns or can potentially create a future problem. The technicians have been trained by the manufacturer and are trying to recommend items that they see has potential issues now or in the future.
