But it makes you wonder how much they know about the vehicles they’re selling. Whoever does the state inspections pencil whips it just to be able to sell a vehicle. How? We bought a used vehicle that at the time we had no way of knowing, but the fuel gauge was inoperable, and then a week later find out there was absolutely nothing left of the emergency brake shoes on either side. The bonus part! They put brand new brakes on, which tells me they chose to disregard the E-brakes because they didn’t want to deal with it. Any mechanic would have saw that when doing the job. Rusted out, nothing left e-brake shoes, I’ve had nothing but problems in the 3 weeks since we bought this vehicle. I’ll never recommend this place. More

Ford Explorer warranty work Made arrangements to bring my car in after it was diagnosed with a computer problem. confirmed my repair appointment. Got a call 2 hours after dropping it off that the part that they needed to fix my car was sent back to Ford. I now have to do this all over again next week? my time is valuable. If you say you have the part and are ready to fix it....be ready to fix it! I also ONLY bring my vehicle in for warranty repairs because they always tell me that there are additional repairs needed and when I take it to my personal mechanic he disagrees. Has happened multiple times! I bought this vehicle at another dealership for this reason! More
