When I brought my truck back the day after I picked it up due to a low oil pressure warning I was given a loaner and everyone was very helpful. Then I was called and told I needed a new long block due to low oil pressure. I asked what my oil pressure was and was told they didn’t know. If I wanted to find out I would have to pay 2.5 hours labor. So it boils down to the service department trying to sell me an engine on an issue they never even investigated. It’s very disappointing because I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. If this is the way they treat a loyal customer I can assure that I won’t return. More

It has been over a month now and no parts or contact. Blue Springs would not honor rental car plan from Ford. They said it was because parts would be here in two days. Obviously that was a lie. More
