The first time I went in there was a major mechanical issue with my truck. Through small talk Tim Shaffer knew my truck was an important part of my business. I was given a loaner car because there were no trucks available. I got a call from Tim a couple days later that a truck came in and he reserved it for me. I wasn't expecting that kind of service. Stay away from all the ( Blaise Alexander Dealerships) Called about a vehicle at 9Am drove over an hour and 45 minutes to look at a car only to find out it was already sold. Internet sales associate "Sarah" didn't even have the common decency to call me back and inform me. The had me drive 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Harrisburg area to try and sell me a different car. I have never met the owner Blaise Alexander but I would live to know if this is how he treats all his customers.
