What Others Say

Update: one week has passed and we are still not able to drive the car because the temporary tag expired and they refuse to issue another one. We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite our vehicle registration being recently renewed, the staff refused to transfer our existing license plate. Instead, they insisted we purchase a new plate and registration, which extended our time at the dealership far beyond what was necessary and resulted in an additional cost of $60. This situation was especially distressing for my mother, who has a traumatic brain injury and severe anxiety. The extended wait time and lack of accommodation caused her significant discomfort and stress. To make matters worse, the registration has still not arrived in the mail, and the temporary tag has since expired. While we were able to resubmit the registration for processing, the dealership declined to issue a new temporary tag, leaving us with a vehicle we are currently unable to drive. Overall, this dealership showed a clear lack of empathy and professionalism. Our experience suggests that the staff are more focused on upselling and profits than on customer service or creating a positive purchasing experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to others.

After taking our Chevy here for inspection last year & telling them we were hearing rubbing & squeaking….they passed it & said nothing wrong. 1 yr & only 400 plus miles later…. The brakes need replacing (you mean the ones we told you about last year?) & the frame is rusted through?!! What? Wait… nothing at all mentioned about rust last year and only 400 miles later the frame completely rusted through?? They said yes! From it sitting they said! How do we go from zero rust even mentioned to actual holes in the frame in 1 yr? Well, I guess it’s the muncy air lol. Between the brakes & frame my husband could have been killed. When I told them he is disabled cop/Veteran who already was almost killed in an auto wreck & that I didn’t appreciate them sending him off last year to almost be killed in a vehicle that clearly should not have passed inspection… they could not have cared less. Based on reviews and Facebook these people do not care about you. I have never read so many bad reviews and newsflash after my husband became disabled from police work….He sold cars and worked for a big dealership in the Lehigh Valley. This place has a bad rap all the way down there too. Stay away.

Very happy with the James the salesman that I dealt with could not be happier

The dealership had a used car at the price I believed to be reasonable in today's market. Found it while physically shopping for a car. As soon as I entered the lot we were approached by a very rude and found out later , arrogant salesman. The actual purchase should have been simple and fast, cash sale, no trade. It took nearly 3 hours to complete the transaction, mostly left alone in an office with three different salespeople coming in and out of the room for unknown reasons, I did an experiment. Alone in the room I stated, " I like caps, I want a cap. 30 seconds later a salesperson came into the room and handed me a baseball cap with dealer logo on it and immediately left the room. I was being surveilled by staff. Whenever I asked James a question he openly accused me of questioning his authority and or intelligence. I finally asked him to assign a different salesperson , which he did, and while doing so he apparently made accusations to his team that I was being difficult . He actually accosted me verbally after a different sales agent took over. All because I was asking questions so to understand the transaction process I understand human nature, however, while dealing with a customer a salesperson must keep their personal thoughts in check and treat a customer accordingly. With respect. I,ve purchased hundreds of vehicles in my life, this purchace ranks as the absolute worst ever. Almost three hours to hand over the cash and transfer the title and registration while being treated poorly is utterly ridiculous. So in reality, the car sold itself to me and the sales staff nearly lost the sale due to their unwarranted bad attitude . I forgive but never forget.

They found the car I wanted. Helped me replace my totalled 2022 Malibu with a 2024 Malibu. Brian Stopper, and the sales staff were a great help. Thank you all
