Went for what I thought was a simple task to get a trade value turned into an 1 1/2 hour ordeal. They asked for our keys while they evaluated our trade. 45 minutes later I asked for the keys back as they reply oh we will get them. Over the next 30-40 minutes I continue to ask for OUR keys back as they continue to try and sell me the new vehicle at a Way below trade value all the while saying we can get your payment lower or put you in something different. Finally get keys and leave. Realize 30 miles up the road that they still have our insurance and registration cards! There response: "Oh guess you will have to come back and get them". No apology. Long story short went to another dealership the next day bought same year (new) model vehicle equipped the same for $2500.00 less. Can you say BUSH LEAGUE CROOKS! More
Do NOT waste your time going here!! I really don’t know the appeal of this place. You would think this place being in my parents back yard they would try and help out those that live clo I really don’t know the appeal of this place. You would think this place being in my parents back yard they would try and help out those that live close, but they don’t. Nor do they care that they live so close. This place only cares about the money period. You are treated as a number nothing more. My dad took his 2008 Titan down to trade on a 2015 Chevy truck. They offered him half of what it was worth on KBB trade. HALF!!! that is totally insulting. Their truck was not listed at half of retail. The manager was rude and condescending saying his truck wasn’t worth more anything more than half and my dad had big dreams thinking it was worth more. My dads 2008 Titan is fully loaded and meticulously taken care of over the years he has had it. It is absolutely worth every penny of the trade in value KBB says it’s worth. Let’s just say if you want to be told your stuff is junk and not worth anything go here. If you want a fair value for your vehicle go somewhere elshe!! More
Zero Customer Service We were interested in a vehicle on the lot but live about 2.5 hours away, so we contacted them by phone for the vehicle specs and price. We were put in contact with a salesman named Rob Mackenzie, left messages over a two week period and never received a return call. Today we were in the area, decided to give it one last attempt and called to verify the vehicle was still available. We spoke with a manager, who told us the vehicle was available and to ask for Rober. Ten minutes later she called back and said to ask for Floyd instead. We arrived 20 minutes later, to have Floyd tell us the truck was previously sold and no longer available. Their explanation for telling us it was available and to come down, “Oh, I don’t know”. We definitely will not be purchasing from this dealership, zero customer service and have no clue what’s going on. Thank god we didn’t drive 2.5 hours and make a special trip to look at a vehicle, no longer available. If I could zero stars I would. More
Take your lawyer with you when you visit this place. This place advertises LT's for the price of an LS. After having to get up and leave the (non)deal to rot on the table I purchased from another dealership. In my new car not purchased from Blaise I was called by Blaise. I'll never deal with them. I recommend Fairfield. They sold me the same car for $1000 cheaper than Blaise wanted me to pay. More

Alexander took the time to understand what we were looking for and let us try several cars till we found the right one. Everyone from our sales person, KC, to the various managers worked with us to get us the best deal possible. We never felt pressured, but always felt like there were numerous opportunities to take advantage of. I would recommend the total buying experience to anyone who asked. For the record, we drove past our 'neighborhood' dealer, because they just couldn't be bothered to engage with us. Go see KC, Ryan, Corin, and the rest whenever you need your next vehicle ! More
Complete disregard for others So I was looking to sell a vehicle so at first I advertise it on Autotrader. I then use the instant offer program. I get an email and a call from Brenda asking me to come it. I state that i'm not interested in selling my car at the price listed by the instant offer. She proceeds to persuade me to come in with vague words about how a chevy dealership could offer more than what was listed. So I make the 45min trip to Blaise Alexander to meet with their professional buyer. When I show up and am instantly pounced on by the salesman just standing outside waiting for people to show up. When I tell them I am there to see Brenda and talk about selling my car they seem to try to turn the conversation around to trading it in and purchasing another vehicle. I have to repeatedly tell them I am not interested in buying another vehicle. They then proceed to redo the KBB trade in value and conveniently leave out a premium option. After waiting 45minutes they come back with an offer that is $4000 below what was already "agreed" upon through the Autotrader instant offer program. I was obvisously upset as I felt like they completely wasted my time. In my frustration I call Brenda back on the phone as she never even came by to say hello when I arrived. When I reach her I tell her I am very upset by how I was treated and the offer I was given. She immediately tells me that the offer from Autotrader is just an estimate. Seeing that the comment did not help with my frustration she immediately transferred me to her supervisor. Within seconds of talking with her supervisor he offers me the price originally quoted by Autotrader. I tell him that I had already told Brenda I wasn't interested at that price. I was just calling to let them know that I was very unhappy with the way I was treated. He told me that he would definitely be talking with his people at the dealership. I can't help but feel like all of this is a common occurrence for them because they seemed very trained and I felt like I was being completely handled. I feel like this dealership preys on people and they only care about how much money they can make. They hope to wear you down by making you wait and buckle to their price. They will say anything to make you show up. It's not costing them anything. I would very much recommend staying away from this dealership. More

The first time I went in there was a major mechanical issue with my truck. Through small talk Tim Shaffer knew my truck was an important part of my business. I was given a loaner car because there were no trucks available. I got a call from Tim a couple days later that a truck came in and he reserved it for me. I wasn't expecting that kind of service. Thanks Tim and all the rest of the staff! Keep up the Great work! More
