The dealership had a used car at the price I believed to be reasonable in today's market. Found it while physically shopping for a car. As soon as I entered the lot we were approached by a very rude and found out later , arrogant salesman. The actual purchase should have been simple and fast, cash sale, no trade. It took nearly 3 hours to complete the transaction, mostly left alone in an office with three different salespeople coming in and out of the room for unknown reasons, I did an experiment. Alone in the room I stated, " I like caps, I want a cap. 30 seconds later a salesperson came into the room and handed me a baseball cap with dealer logo on it and immediately left the room. I was being surveilled by staff. Whenever I asked James a question he openly accused me of questioning his authority and or intelligence. I finally asked him to assign a different salesperson , which he did, and while doing so he apparently made accusations to his team that I was being difficult . He actually accosted me verbally after a different sales agent took over. All because I was asking questions so to understand the transaction process I understand human nature, however, while dealing with a customer a salesperson must keep their personal thoughts in check and treat a customer accordingly. With respect. I,ve purchased hundreds of vehicles in my life, this purchace ranks as the absolute worst ever. Almost three hours to hand over the cash and transfer the title and registration while being treated poorly is utterly ridiculous. So in reality, the car sold itself to me and the sales staff nearly lost the sale due to their unwarranted bad attitude . I forgive but never forget. More

BUYER BEWARE ! !! This Dealer E-Mailed me a Quoted Price, And Then INCREASED the E-Mail QUOTED PRICE BY $8000.00 ( $3000 on a "misquoted" Trade-In, and $5000 on a !! To Boot: While There, They Stole My Custom RAM License Plate Trim Plate, from what was to be my trade-in, and Replaced It with one of those CHEAP BLACK PLASTIC Alexander Advertising Trim Plates !!! Bought a 2018 F150 about 2 years ago from Alexander Chevrolet in muncy.The vehicle was sold to me with bad cam phasers which I was unaware of.Had the phasers replaced under ford warranty.This is s majo Chevrolet in muncy.The vehicle was sold to me with bad cam phasers which I was unaware of.Had the phasers replaced under ford warranty.This is s major repair.Here we are again a year and a half later 17000 miles since last repair and the phasers are bad again and need to be replaced.Thankfully I have warranty left. I talked to the Alexander Ford dealership about possibly doing something to get me out of this vehicle and was told it's a fluke thing and nothing can be done short of selling the vehicle or trade it in on a different truck. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from a Alexander dealership and it will be my last. More
Dropped off my Tahoe at 8:00 am (first one there) to have my AC checked - I called them at 1:15, was told my service advisor was at lunch and he would call me back. At 3:00 I called them, only to be told th my AC checked - I called them at 1:15, was told my service advisor was at lunch and he would call me back. At 3:00 I called them, only to be told they had forgotten to call me - and they would call me back in 5 minutes. After 15, I was told " sorry we are backed up - we are going to check it out now". So, I said, you haven't looked at it yet although it was the first car pulled in to the bay this morning. RADIO SILENCE - I wold the I would be by to get the key - basically, wasted a whole day. STAY AWAY More

If you want the vehicle go buy it asap. Appts don’t matter with this dealer. Had an appt to go and buy a vehicle. Got a text 5 minutes before I left saying it was sold. If you are serious about buying a vehicle, don't bother with this dealer. They are all about themselves and could care less about the customer. They won't make any effort to close a sale.
