Will damage your car and do a xxxxty job trying to fix. Does not communicate with you. I had to call and check on my car everyday. Told them I needed a rental because it was my only car. Bad bad service! I had an appointment at 1:00PM April 15. I arrived at the dealership at 1245. I pulled up to the service garage and proceeded to fill out the paperw I had an appointment at 1:00PM April 15. I arrived at the dealership at 1245. I pulled up to the service garage and proceeded to fill out the paperwork for the drop box as instructed and then place my key in the slot as instructed to do by "Gort". I walked the parking lot as he suggested and noticed people in the dealership so I tried to enter the building. The salesman stated I would need to walk around to the service entrance and enter there. I explained to him I was not even aware it was open since I was told to just walk around and wail for my vehicle. While I sat in the service waiting room, I noticed 3 vehicles behind mine (mine was first in line) had been taken back. At approximately 145 I went to check to see if my key had been picked up, which it had not. I picked the key up and walked into the service department where I was asked if I could be helped. Of course, by this time I was furious because my appointment was at 1 and all these other vehicles were taken in before mine. I explained to the girl and she said she "wondered why" my car was sitting there. When I tried to explain to her what Gort had told me to do she said she knew nothing about it. At that time, another lady came from the back and explained to her what was going on. Evidently she knew what Gort was telling customers to do. Then I was asked what I needed done. How many times and how many ways does this need to be explained! State inspection and oil change. I can't find you in the system. Really. I must say this is not the fiirst bad experience I've had in your service department! When my warranty expires I will never return to your dealership for service OR to purchase another vehicle. More
