My parents bought my 17 yr old hard working daughter an jeep from this place since she desperately need If it would let me leave no stars i would!!... My parents bought my 17 yr old hard working daughter an jeep from this place since she desperately needed a new vehicle for work and school and they found what they thought was a great deal on her dream vehicle. First they tried to change the price on them after they had gone to the bank and came back with cash money. Then the real crap started. The jeep had some issues and after calling and getting an appointment to take it in under warranty and have it fixed right away (not even 2 weeks after having it) it took 3 visits to even get anything done. ( yup 3 times they went to the dealership and sat for hours with nothing being done to the vehicle...fun right!?) Once it was supposedly fixed, my daughter was driving down the rd and it CUT OFF ON HER in the middle of a busy highway in front of an 18 WHEELER!! several phone calls were made to the service department, the sales manager, and even to the associate that sold the car. No one!! will return phone calls!! they have put my daughter at risk who is currently an essential worker as she works for a daycare during the pandemic. DANGER!! the jeep is now parked and waiting to be taken to the jeep dealership to see what needs to be done with it. So not only did they put my Daughter in Danger they did not give to xxxxs to even answer the phone and try to make it right. But hey if you want a 15,000 lawn ornament and a chance u may die by all means go buy a vehicle from these people they will definitely help you out with that!! More
