Excellent service as always. As always been the case with our dealings with Steve Padgett Honda, the service was professional and complete. Having said that, I will mention there was a miscommunication regarding the scheduling of the appointment I made a couple of days prior. I had called on Monday and thought I had an appointment set for Wednesday at 2:00 PM for a safety inspection, yet when my wife arrived there was nothing showing on the facility computer to verify. Although a safety inspection was able to be completed and worked into what I imagine was a busy maintenance schedule, my wife had to wait nearly an hour and a half for completion. I do not mention this out of frustration, and it will not impact future dealing with the dealership, as it didn't adversely impact the rest of the day, plus I accept that similar to this matters do happen and that all other visits to Steve Padgett Honda have been without issue. We will definitely return for all our service and sales matters, as a minor issue similar to the one described above does not carry lingering impact to ourselves. More
