Chase was very easy to communicate with through email We have purchased two cars from Chase Tate @ Danville Honda and both times it has been painless. Chase was very easy to communicate with through email, text, telephone, and in person. This dealership is just over an hours drive one way for us, but each time they gave us the best deal and we pretty much had all the details worked out before even stepping foot into the dealership. There was a little bit of back and forth negotiation as can be expected when buying a car, but nothing like I remember with some of my past experiences. Probably the best thing about working with Chase was that he was straight with us the whole time and never made promises that he knew he wouldn't be able to keep once we sat down to finalize the deal. Stop in and see Chase, just be realistic about your expectations and I'm sure that he'll make it a painless experience. More

I also gave him a description of the car I really wanted, down to the correct color. Instead of him looking through inventory to see if there was something similar he was really trying to make the sale on the 2018 touring. I know it was around closing time , but I also asked him before I came would he like me to come another day. I felt like this sell was rushed and unprofessional. When Shae told me if you do right by Honda, Honda will do right by you. That same statement applys to your customers as well!! If you do right by your customers, your customers will do right by you.
