Just wanted to update the public about this dealership. After 11 days of having the 3000 lbs. paperweight in or driveway, we received the temp tag on Monday. The dealership contacted me asking if I would remove my review. I said I would consider it after we received all the paperwork associated with the sale of the vehicle, now going on 12 days. My wife for the first time was able to drive the vehicle and the check engine light came on right away, and the trip odometer started to beep and flash "HI". with some research we discovered that indicated one of three things, High oil level, high oil pressure, and or high oil temp. we scheduled an appointment with the highest 5 star rating shop in the area. The owner said to check the oil level first, to high of oil level is just as bad as to low, dangerous. With the bad weather since we received the temp tag, we where unable to take the top down, we were told it worked! Guess What, Not at all, the electric function is designed to be a One Touch Function with additional features. Our test drive was at 10 miles an hour, well driving at normal speed the car rattles and has a terrible noise in the rear that sounds like the wheel want to come off. My guess is that the tires are not balanced and bearings are worn. This vehicle is a Mercedes Chassis and need Camber bolts in the rear for proper tire wear, those aren't installed. When we checked the oil level, we discovered that the Hood Strut was missing, that needed to be purchased just to hold the hood up before we could check the oil level. They contacted me this past Thursday and asked if I would remove the Review, Again I was pretty pissed off and suggested they communicate with my wife. They texted her that same day and my listed some major issues and asked questions about the dealer fee of $599.00 for documents and $199.00 for vehicle inspection. Both fees are ridiculous, took 12 days to get documents and the vehicle was inspected by a blind person. Our mechanic said he would be lucky if he could find a used One Touch System for this roadster. This dealership will do follow up once you call them out on issues and post a review that is accurate to your experience. Unless they truly care about there customers, they would not wait till it gets this BAD!!!!. A few more things, I received emails from Charles and Hussein, GM and Owner. Both stating they would look into and investigate and i would be hearing from them. I didn't want to talk until we received all paperwork, which then opened a lot of other issues. I will keep all potential Updated! Last thing, they have never asked to talk about the VERY RUDE person (female) in the title department!!!! This website won't let you add another review to update the public to this ongoing debacle. So they force you to either delete the review or edit it. So I will continue to keep you updated. My wife told me that this Dealership actually refunded her $30 for her having to overnight paperwork to them. If they had only done that when they said they would. Almost a month ago. Now if they would actually take responsibility for all the other issues 😜. Don't hold my breath. This dealership is horrible. Down right lie to you, rude. I am surprised they don't have more negative reviews. More

Purchased a month ago and car still not drive able yet so haven’t had a chance to enjoy the ride but time for payment!
