About 3 weeks ago I brought one of my FORDS in for Service and had just about given up on the Raptor until I ran into Doug Bollinger, his first response was lets go directly to the owner to see what we can work out. We were able to quickly work out a fare deal and I had my new Raptor in about 2 Weeks. Doug made the entire process simple and easy and continued to send me updates on its arrival. The van I was considering didn't have any photos on the site yet, but Bruce Bruce was just as easy to deal with as any car man I have ever dealt with. He made sure to answer all questions or find out the couple that he didn't have answers to. The buying/pricing process was easy and I got a couple of aftermarket upgrades. Bruce was out of town while the upgrades were taking place, yet he still kept me in the loop regarding the status of the van, doing his best to push its completion of upgrades. I have no complaints whatsoever. More
