Great dealership to buy a car but I am not sure about getting it fixed here. This is the 3rd Santa Fe we have bought from this dealer 2nd from this salesman, he is great! (We live about 90 miles from the dealership) When he fil This is the 3rd Santa Fe we have bought from this dealer 2nd from this salesman, he is great! (We live about 90 miles from the dealership) When he filled up the vehicle before we left he pointed out that it only showed 3/4 tank full, but since we had to bring it back to get the simonize done he said keep an eye on it and they would get it checked out when we came back if the problem persisted. When I brought it back to get the simonize done I told the Brandon Landers in service that the rear cargo light did not work, the air conditioning system would not blow all the way after driving many miles, and the fuel gauge was not working properly. He pointed out (not in a friendly tone) his people were busy and if I wanted to make another appointment to bring it back that was my business. I pointed out that I lived 90 miles away and it was a brand new vehicle. He took me to my salesman in a manor that felt like he wanted me out of his hair. They gave us a loaner car until they can fix our new Santa Fe. My salesman called me the next day to tell me that they ordered the parts for the cargo light, said they checked out the A/C and drove the car over 75 miles but could not duplicate anything wrong with the air system, and so far they were unable to find anything wrong with the fuel sending system, and asked me if I was ok with the loaner until they got it fixed, I said fine. Then I got a phone call from a gentleman (Brandon Landers?) in service to tell me that they could find nothing wrong with the fuel system and asked how many times I had fueled the car. Then he told me that they would have to fill the car with gas to see what I was talking about. I told him my salesman had pointed out the possible problem before I left the lot. He said he would have to pay for the charge me for refiling my new car so they could check and see if I was correct about the problem. I asked him since it was a new car and not working properly couldn't they just fill it up so they could fix it? And he asked didn't they give you a car with a full tank of fuel when I picked it up? I said yes and he said well you don't get 2 free tanks of fuel from us. I decided not to argue with this man on the phone it would not be good to make him mad at me when he was in charge of fixing my car. Once everything gets fixed and we get our car to drive I do not know that I will come back for service because I do not care for this service persons attitude toward customers. More

Excellent buying experience Recently, we needed to replace a vehicle that got totaled due to hail damage. We have been happy Huyndai owners for years so it was a no-brainer that Recently, we needed to replace a vehicle that got totaled due to hail damage. We have been happy Huyndai owners for years so it was a no-brainer that the replacement would be another Hyundai. We needed to test-drive and look at several models before making a decision. Rick showed us all the bells and whistles, explained the differences, and answered all our questions. We felt that he really helped us buy the right car instead of selling us one. He was friendly and patient, and most importantly never pressured us into anything (that would have been an immediate deal-breaker). We also appreciated that the dealership accommodated our schedule. Once we agreed on the price, Natalie helped us navigate through all the paperwork. All in all, it was an excellent car buying experience. We highly recommend this dealership, and Rick specifically, if you think your next car might be a Hyundai. And really, even if you don't. Because in our experience, driving a Huyndai makes for a fun day. More
