In the 59 years of our marriage, I was in a dealership only one time when I wanted to sign the paperwork and see what to do. My son was with me this time to select a car and help with the price but he had to travel home before it was time to finish the task. Chris, Ricky, and Natalie were each very friendly and helpful as we finished the process. Chris was careful to give me an excellent tutorial on all the features and operation of my new SUV and offered to continue to answer questions that I might have in the future. I had a very positive experience and appreciate each one being patient and kind. The car was sparkling and the gas tank full when I drove it home.
