Gave only 2 stars as I wasn’t happy with my car being released to me without inspecting the service with oil change. I had to come back because there was an oil leak which stained my garage floor from t released to me without inspecting the service with oil change. Went here after waiting for 2 hours at North Bakersfield Toyota the Friday before because system was down. No work done, not even checked tire pressure as requested, was quoted $135 for 40K service on Aval Toyota the Friday before because system was down. No work done, not even checked tire pressure as requested, was quoted $135 for 40K service on Avalon. Had to reschedule at Bill Wright, the quoted $200 something. I asked why it was so high compared to North Bakersfield, Daniel said it included cabin filter. He never even looked to see my cabin filter was replaced in 2019 knowing the car is rarely driven. Then I told him take off the cabin filter and he said it would take it down to $152, still higher than North Bakersfield. I gave him name of advisor Laura at NB Toyota and he called her, her answer was she gave me then quote but may have been off because system was down and they don’t do very many Avalon’s. There is no consistency between dealerships and Daniel was not willing to give me the original quoted price. He was a very unfriendly advisor and had no answers and I had to ask what the 40K service entailed, would never deal with this guy again. Customer service was very poor and price between both Bakersfield Toyota dealerships is not consistent. One star review is generous. More
