This is my 5th or 6th vehicle purchased from Bill Wright - that says it all! - that says it all! More

First off customer service at parts, horrible. I didn’t know I had to stand in line waiting for them to acknowledge me until they finish their donuts and coffee. Second, drove off got to my apartment parked the car maybe for 45 minutes then I had to go pick my daughter up from Pre K and my tire is flat. I had only gone to the dealer that morning and back and I get it back with a screw. I didn’t bother to call because I knew dealer wouldn’t take fault for it. Just had to go buy a new tire. More
