Our intentions were to check out the possibility of trading in our 2010 Toyota Highlander (with which we were completely satisfied) to get a 2011 or 2012 Toyota Sienna just to have the extra room (come trading in our 2010 Toyota Highlander (with which we were completely satisfied) to get a 2011 or 2012 Toyota Sienna just to have the extra room (comes in handy with two kids when you travel a lot). The trade-in evaluation was quick and painless and the "haggle" over the pricing of the Toyota Sienna was quick and to the point. They offered a fair value for my trade and a decent price on the 2011 Sienna we ware looking at. The actual process of buying the vehicle was very quick and flowed very well from beginning to end. The service transition from sales to finance and back to sales for completion was handled very well and we were left waiting for a very minimal amount of time. The services offered and the customer service received made a difference to us in this buying process. We have a family friend that runs a Toyota dealership and we usually buy all our cars from there since everything is handled before we even arrive and we simply sign the paperwork. We decided to try it at our local dealership and were definitely NOT disappointed. Good job Bill Penny Toyota! More

The first day we just looked at vehicles - got information to reveiw before we did a test drive. Will was most helpful - answered all our questions, easy to talk with, a relaxed meeting. Once again, he was very informative - helped us to compare the two. We were appreciative that it was not a high pressure meeting. When he realized we were trying to decide, he left us alone to discuss it. Once our decision was made, he was efficient getting all the paper work done and getting a good interest rate. Buying a new vehicle these days is a major purchase and a huge decision. Will helped to make that acquisition a positive one. I would highly reccomend Bill Penney Toyota as a dealership - and maybe you will get Will Conner as your salesman! More

This was not my first great experience with Bill Penny but I had forgotten how they all go above and beyond what you would expect, especially my sales rep Venson Lett. When we set up appointments with him, he was ready for us when we got there. (A word of caution: be very knowledgeable of the value of your trade-in by knowing the options it has and understanding the definitions of the conditions used in the evaluation. The used car person evaluating it will try to low-ball.) When we took delivery, Gregg, their technical person, spent considerable time going over the technical features, particularly the blue-tooth phone setup, the navigation system, and the dashboard information. Even though we were driving an older Prius, many changes/improvements had been made; and this was a big help in us getting started. More

Stopped by on Saturday afternoon and bought my new car that afternoon. Tommy Terrell new I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, so he drove us around looking at all the cars on the lot. Tommy knows his product, if he didn't think it was something I would like, he would cover both the pros and cons and let me think it through and was very patient as my wife and I discussed these. We kept coming back to the new 2012 Camry SE, one of the new Black Metallic ones. It paint job was incredible, the leather interior really nice, and the space in the trunk, seemed like it should have been in a much bigger car. Tommy, took us on a test drive, not just around the block like so many dealers, but on various types of roads that were near the dealership so we could get a feel for the ride and noise levels. Tommy was great and let the car sell itself, even telling us to check the XLE before we made a decision because it had some features that he knew I might like. He didn't try to push any particular car. Finally, when I decided the car I wanted, he ran several different options for financing, so we could see various monthly payments. If you want a new car, go to Bill Penney and see Tommy, he will help you find the right car at the right price. This was our second car we have purchased at Bill Penney and from Tommy Terrell. In a couple of years when we need a new car for one of our kids to take to college, we will be back to Bill Penney and Tommy. More
