Stopped by on Saturday afternoon and bought my new car that afternoon. Tommy Terrell new I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, so he drove us around looking at all the cars on the lot. Tommy knows his product, if he didn't think it was something I would like, he would cover both the pros and cons and let me think it through and was very patient as my wife and I discussed these. We kept coming back to the new 2012 Camry SE, one of the new Black Metallic ones. It paint job was incredible, the leather interior really nice, and the space in the trunk, seemed like it should have been in a much bigger car. Tommy, took us on a test drive, not just around the block like so many dealers, but on various types of roads that were near the dealership so we could get a feel for the ride and noise levels. Tommy was great and let the car sell itself, even telling us to check the XLE before we made a decision because it had some features that he knew I might like. He didn't try to push any particular car. Finally, when I decided the car I wanted, he ran several different options for financing, so we could see various monthly payments. If you want a new car, go to Bill Penney and see Tommy, he will help you find the right car at the right price. This was our second car we have purchased at Bill Penney and from Tommy Terrell. In a couple of years when we need a new car for one of our kids to take to college, we will be back to Bill Penney and Tommy. More

We stopped at Bill Penney to look around, we had no intentions of buying a car that day but we left with a 2012 Camry XLE. Our salesman Doug George was the best, he really took care of us and helped us to get a deal we could not refuse. He was super nice & helpful and even though he said he had only been with the dealership for a few months he seemed to know the camry's well & explained it's new features to our satisfaction. I would recommend Bill Penney to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle and tell them to ask for Doug George because he is a real asset to the dealership. More

While looking for a new Toyota Camry, we checked at four different Toyota dealers. We also looked at some other models e.g. Chevy, Honda, and Ford because the new car was for our daughter and she wanted us different Toyota dealers. I have had six Toyota manufactured vehicles and have complete confidence in Toyota manufactured vehicles. To me they are the most reliable vehicles on the road. I convinced my daughter that we should stay with the Toyota brand. We contacted Mr. Bob Fitzgerald at your dealership and we have never had such a great experience in buying a vehicle. We got the exact vehicle we wanted at a great price and Mr. Fitzgerald took care of us and completed the deal in the best professional manner that anyone could want. I have been in customer service myself for over 40 years and I can appreciate someone like him. Mr. Fitzgerald is a Great Asset to your company and we will buy our next Toyota at Bill Penney because of the great service that we received there. More

The first car contracted proved to be a demo model according to the salesfolks... so, another car had to be orderd, extending my wait. In their favor, the sales team worked the problem to a solution according to the salesfolks... so, another car had to be orderd, extending my wait. In their favor, the sales team worked the problem to a solution Before I spoke with them, so presented me with a solution instead of a problem to be managed... I didn't like the additional wait, but I did appreciate their proactiveness in providing solutution and providing support and a rent car during my extended wait. On pickup, all of the purchased manufacturing and dealer options were found not installed which resulted in another return to day at the dealership to get completion. The manufacturing option missed could not be rectified short of a 2-3 week return to port which I did not like at all. We negotiated a compromise on the manuf. option. The dealership options missing could have been managed better in my opinion, i.e. that return day didn't have to happen. The dealer options should have been complete on pickup, and I believe would have been had a thorough checkout been performed. But, overall and said and done, I liked the team I dealt with, and would return to the dealership again. At this time, I hope to have a positive 'going forward' relationship with them regarding my new car and it's servicing needs. And lastly, I love my new 2012 Highlander. More
