Deon Johnson would be one of the best people we have ever had dealings with. he cares what you think. He wants to be sure you are happy. A few days ago, I made a request online for repair service on my 2002 Toyota Corolla and received a call from Service Advisor Carrie Beckman very shortly afterwards. She was positive, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I requested an engine tune-up as well as installation on a new interior door handle plus a new windshield washer tank. This morning, I arrived at the shop and to my surprise Carrie was assigned to carry me through the entire service process. Boy, did she make things easy for me. I appreciate the value of someone taking care of my business from the "cradle to the grave". I was especially happy with how fast the shop completed my service. I expected to wait a good 3 hours. I even brought my lunch with me while I sat in the waiting room. Luckily, they had me out of there in in 1.5 hours! I feel the pricing was very fair for services rendered. That's always important, you know! By the way, I also appreciated the service waiting room being comfortable and clean. The two big screen TVs mounted on the wall as well Wi-fi access made me feel like I was in a livingroom. This is a nice change of pace compared to the dirty, cramped, and boring waiting rooms I've become accustomed to in the past years. Overall, I would call this experience exceptional. I plan to recommend Bill Penney Toyota Service Center to my family and friends! More

experience started out great offered great trade in price and was nice until the final papers was signed. i had some tag issues and it was like they didnt have time nor wanted or cared to help me. especially and was nice until the final papers was signed. i had some tag issues and it was like they didnt have time nor wanted or cared to help me. especially the girl at the front desk that answers the phone.may i say she was very rude thru the many phone calls i had to place and go thru her. she would never let me talk to my salesman shed always say he was busy. when i finally did he got the right stuff goin and helped with what i needed. just overall a bad experiance love the car tho More
I always thought that I could get a better deal by purchasing my vehicles out of town or out of state. I was pleasantly surprised when Bill Penney Toyota was able to give me a deal better than the com purchasing my vehicles out of town or out of state. I was pleasantly surprised when Bill Penney Toyota was able to give me a deal better than the competitive quote I had received from another dealership. I was also pleased when I heard the interest rate that Toyota was able to offer. It not only beat the other dealership, but it also beat the local credit union's rates. This is the first time I have purchased a Toyota product and I was very impressed with the options and offers available. The entire staff was very nice to work with and they were very thorough with familiarizing the customer with the car's options. I was drawn to the Camry for its gas mileage, resell value, and dependability. My plans are to keep this car for over 100,000 miles. My cars in the past have never made it to that point. I hope my Toyota will live up to its potential and my expectations. More
