I had a great service experience at Bill Penny Toyota in Huntsville, AL. Right when I pulled up they were very helpful and really seemed to be interested in getting my car serviced and getting me on my way, Huntsville, AL. Their waiting area equiped with wi-fi was nice and very clean and I was able to get a lot of work done waiting on my car. Their prices are very competitive with other dealerships in my area and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need. The two guys I dealt with there were very nice and a manager even came out and answer a question I had the counter gentalman couldn't answer. Over-all I had a great experience and will always go to Bill Penny in the future for any on my cars needs. I was also very impresses they explain everything they did were I could understand it. More
Jason was excellent when selling the vehicle, however, once the sale was done so was Jason. I gave the ratings above because of the following: 1. While the Credit Manager was finalizing the paperwork, Jason took us on the grand tour of their Service Department when we finished the tour and headed back to the Scion, there were about seven (7) mechanics around the car and they had all the doors opened as well as the hood and the trunk. One of the mechanics had taken it upon himself to sit in the backseat and lounge for awhile, our Sales person (Jason) said not one word like "Hey guys, this is a sold vehicle"! I found this especially disturbing. At anyrate, I discussed the above with Cindye who indicated she was the Director of Customer Service and she had said that the situation at the Service Department was appalling. I told her that not withstanding, my biggest concern was the no spare tire situation, so she talked to Mr. Penney and offered us a policy for the tires at cost. Well I felt I had no choice but to agree to accept the policy just for our protection against flats and the expense that would go with it. I was however very disappointed that this policy was not offered for free considering the way we were treated and lied to. But I guess the bottom line with Toyota is to get every dollar you can get. More
The sales staff was one of the most helpful groups of people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They answered every question I had and even answered a few I didn't have to ask. I will definate people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They answered every question I had and even answered a few I didn't have to ask. I will definately do business with them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great vehicle at a great price. More

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Bill Penney preowned in the last 2 years. The last one had a wheel bearing issue that was apparently not covered by the 30 day warranty but after talking with the customer the last 2 years. We researched the cars we were interested in extensively and after test driving several Toyotas on 3 separate occasions we settled on the Toyota Highlander. Mr. Kilgore was very helpful and did not try to rush our decision making. He had lots of patience and did not make us feel that we were taking up too much of his time even though he knew that Toyota was not the only car we were test driving. The initial quote we received from him was detailed enough to know what each item cost. I contacted several Toyota dealers online and requested quotes prior to negotiating with Bill Penney. I felt that Mr. Kilgore was willing to negotiate and feel that we received a fair price. We were happy with the way that we were treated and we felt that we would receive the same exceptional treatment from their service department so we purchased the Highlander there although they were not the lowest price (nor the highest). When we went to pick up the car the next day they had washed, cleaned, and filled it up with gas. Also, someone sat in the car with us and set-up the hands-free Bluetooth for us, explained how it worked, and explained how everything (and every knob) on the dashboard worked. We were very pleased with this extra service. More
I contacted dealer on the internet and got all the info on the car I wanted and a excellent price was quoted. Went to dealer for test drive and was able to negociate a better deal. Deon Johnson would be one of the best people we have ever had dealings with. he cares what you think. He wants to be sure you are happy. If you have a problem he wants to fix it. we had a death in the famil had dealings with. he cares what you think. He wants to be sure you are happy.
