He guided me very respectfully through the process and provided the comfort I needed to get the job done. The finance team members were just as respectful and paperwork went like a breeze. Roberto was likewise very patient and considerate during negotiations and arriving at a final and good price, reflective of the quality of the Toyoto Camry purchased. All-in-all; the car buying experience at Bill Penny Toyoto was quite pleasant and I would gladly recommend this dealership.
