I leased a 2012 Toyota Camry LE. I have always used Bill Penney Service Department for my Toyota servicing needs. Always freindly, quality service. The employees my wife and I worked with, Ramsee Miller and Penney Service Department for my Toyota servicing needs. Always freindly, quality service. The employees my wife and I worked with, Ramsee Miller and Brent Ferdinand, were Outstanding. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile (make the extra effort) to address our questions, concerns and needs. TradeIn Vehicle Payoff process was a little slow. It took over 21 days for the payment to be received and credited. Certified funds not used. Overall My wife and I felt the experience was very good and working with these employees was simply a pleasure. More

Jason was an awesome salesman. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle we were intrested in as well as very easy to talk to. He was our age and understood where we were financially and was willing to fight of the vehicle we were intrested in as well as very easy to talk to. They had the Prius that I wanted with the features that I wanted. Color was okay. Test-drive was okay. Sound-quietness was very good in city. Sound-quietness on highway at 65mph was average to good. Learning all of them will take time. A suggestion is to install something like Apple's Sari so the drive can call up application features without pushing buttons, taking the incorrect decision tree path, and taking the driver's eyes off the road. The salesperson, Charles, was great. The Business Manager, Craig was great. The Finance Manger was great. The lady Customer Opinion person was great. The person, Michael, who taught my wife and I about the features was great. He was knowledgeable and patient. For improvement, he should let the customer push the buttons. They will retain more that way. This rating process is taking far too long. One signin and one rating should be all that is required. Making it this complicated, this lengthy, this many times to signon and you are asking for people to just quit. That will bias your results. More

SALES IS GREAT EXCEPT FOR CYNTHIA I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS.HAD TO ASK FOR HELP PROGRAMING THE DVD PLAYERS BUT GOT A GREAT GUY. WISH HE WAS STILL OVER THE INSTALL OF THEM. HE DID IT LAST CAR AND TURNED OUT WAS.HAD TO ASK FOR HELP PROGRAMING THE DVD PLAYERS BUT GOT A GREAT GUY. WISH HE WAS STILL OVER THE INSTALL OF THEM. HE DID IT LAST CAR AND TURNED OUT GREAT. WOULDN'T USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN IF THEY PAID ME TOO. NO REASON TO HAVE SOMEONE TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE THE BAD PERSON WHEN THEY MAKE OF MESS OF THE INSIDE OF YOUR NEW CAR WITH A SODA SPILL ON YOUR LEATHER, PACKS THE STUFF YOU TOLD THEM NOT TO INTO A BOX. PUT HEADREST WITH GREASE ON THEM IN THE FRONT FLOOR ALONG WITH THE BOX OF CONTROLLER AND HEADPHONES TO THE DVD PLAYERS THEY JUST INSTALLED. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THE DVD PLAYERS WORK WITH THE CONTROLLERS AND HEADPHONES IF YOU NEVER EVEN PUT THE BATTERIES IN THEM. THEN THE FIX IS HAVE A GUY CLEAN THE SEAT AND OFFER TO KEEP YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT AND DETAIL IT. I WOULD TRUST THEM WITH MY 15 YEAR OLD CAR AGAIN. CERTAINLY NOT A THE NEW ONE THAT JUST MADE A MESS IN. THEN THE PERSON THAT TREATED YOU SO BAD CHANGES AS SOON AS HER BOSS SHOWS UP AND IS ALL NICE BUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE SHE WAS DONE WITH YOU AND WALKED AWAY. THEN AFTER TALKING ABOUT HOW BAD THEY TREATED YOUR CAR SHE SETS HER BUTT ON THE BUMPER OF YOUR BRAND NEW CAR LIKE HER BUTT BELONGED THERE. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE SHE DID IT. REALLY PEOPLE. I DON'T SIT ON THE BUMPER OF MY NEW CAR, WHO GAVE HER THAT RIGHT. THEN TO HAVE THE SERVICE PEOPLE STAND THERE AND SAY WE DIDN'T DO IT WHEN THE CAR ONLY HAD 158 MILES ON IT AND MOST OF THAT WAS TAKING IT HOME AND BRINGING IT BACK FOR THE INSTALL AND TAKING IT TO GET TAGS. SERVICE MANAGER CALLED TO GET US TO COME BACK BUT I CAN'T TRUST THE SERVICE GUYS AND I KNOW NOW THAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE CAR WHILE THEY HAVE IT THE SERVICE GUYS WILL NO TELL THE TRUTH. I WILL PAY FOR SERVICE BEFORE I WOULD RETURN FOR THE FREE SERVICES THERE. More
