Beware of the follow through from this dealership. After buying a new Camry I couldn't get the dealership to follow through in contacting my insurance carrier after they said they would take care of it. I buying a new Camry I couldn't get the dealership to follow through in contacting my insurance carrier after they said they would take care of it. I contacted them on 2 different occasions last week via their on-line instant messenger and was told someone would get back with me - the only contact was 3 different phone calls from a call center asking me if I was interested in purchasing a car (???) After a full week passed I finally gave up on them and took care of the issue myself. Because of this I rate them on the same level as most other dealerships who lack follow through. More

They were extremely helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile (make the extra effort) to address our questions, concerns and needs. TradeIn Vehicle Payoff process was a little slow. It took over 21 days for the payment to be received and credited. Certified funds not used. Overall My wife and I felt the experience was very good and working with these employees was simply a pleasure. More
