I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I WISH NOW THAT THEY ALL WERE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND AT LEAST TO THIS POINT VERY HONE NEEDLESS TO SAY I WISH NOW THAT THEY ALL WERE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND AT LEAST TO THIS POINT VERY HONEST I BELIEVE. THEY ARE NOT PUSHY AND TRY TO HELP FIND EXCATLY WHAT I WANT IN THE PRICE RANGE THAT I WANTED. WHEN I TOLD THE SALESMAN (OWEN COX) THAT I WANTED A CRIMSON COLOR HE NEVER TRIED TO SELL ME A GREEN ONE. Cindy, AWESOME PERSON, called to follow up and set an appointment for the very next day! I met with my sales associate, who demonstrated a little more interest than before. Finance Dept. was GREAT! The car was cleaned up nicely. The young man that went over the manuals,and explained where to locate info was GREAT! A lingering question still has not been addressed, "Where are the car mats? A new car should have car mats in them." It has been since April 28. How long does it take? I do love my Corolla, as I did my previous one- bought from Bill Penny Toyota. More
Nolan Ryan was my salesman. He was very friendly and professional. I had just totaled a 2010 Camry and was pretty upset. Beware of the follow through from this dealership. After buying a new Camry I couldn't get the dealership to follow through in contacting my insurance carrier after they said they would take care of it. I buying a new Camry I couldn't get the dealership to follow through in contacting my insurance carrier after they said they would take care of it. I contacted them on 2 different occasions last week via their on-line instant messenger and was told someone would get back with me - the only contact was 3 different phone calls from a call center asking me if I was interested in purchasing a car (???) After a full week passed I finally gave up on them and took care of the issue myself. Because of this I rate them on the same level as most other dealerships who lack follow through. More
