I have been looking for a Used Certified Toyota Avalon for some time. I found the one that I purchased by an internet search. My son, who is a sales rep. happened to be in Huntsville the next day, so h for some time. I found the one that I purchased by an internet search. He first met with Zack Penney, then Ray Laudermilt, he took a test drive in the Avalon, then called me to let me know that he thought I might like it. Between me, my son and the saleman we agreed on a price, then my son left a deposit and we returned four days later to pick it up. All in all a very good experience dealing with both Ray Laudermilt and Zack Penney. More

The car was cleaned up nicely. The young man that went over the manuals,and explained where to locate info was GREAT! A lingering question still has not been addressed, "Where are the car mats? A new car should have car mats in them." It has been since April 28. How long does it take? I do love my Corolla, as I did my previous one- bought from Bill Penny Toyota. More
