Buying a care is difficult at best however Jim Kilgore and excellent salesman. Jim answered all my questions and concerns and worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. I went to Serra Toyota in Decatur and looked at a Prius V. The people there treated me like they did not want me to know who they were... hiding behind the poor sales person. I went to Bill Penney Toyota and got the SAME CAR for $2000 less. On top of the better price I was treated like a friend. Everyone said hello, the fellow behind the calculator explained the offer in detail and came over to shake my hand when he saw me the next day. When the sale was over they send a representative to the car with me to explain everything the car was capable of doing. Great dealership, great price (salesman and deal). I am a dedicated Bill Penney fan from here on out. More
Austin Jones is a FIRST Class professional. He took the time to understand our requirements and made appropriate suggestions along the way. He should be commended and I would highly recommend him to all my friends. Mr. Ferdinand's offer for my older vehicle was higher than what Kelly Blue Book said I could get for the vehicle. Living 2 hours from the dealership, and in another state, I would have never thought to look outside of my area at other dealerships. When my previous car started having problems again, I went looking. A I would have never thought to look outside of my area at other dealerships. When my previous car started having problems again, I went looking. A co-worker that was visiting my area from there had mentioned if I didn't mind the 2 hour drive, I should check them out. They buy all of their cars from them and they give great service. I decided to check out Bill Penney's website and had a few cars I had an interest in. I called and talked to John about my questions and decided to take the trip. My friend drove me down and as soon as we entered the lot I asked for the associate my co-worker referred me to and he was able to set me up with a sales associate, Sean, to look at cars. The cars were exactly as described on the website and over the phone. I was completely and utterly shocked when there was no pressure to buy, not once. Sean answered all of my questions and let me take the car on a good test drive and it was sold. The friendliness and expertise of the staff, and no pressure to buy made this 'THE' dealership I wanted to do business with. I put my downpayment down and went back the next weekend and picked up the car. While the car was being cleaned, Sean made and effort to come out and say thanks again and to come back anytime we're in the market for a new car. I'll be back! I had a 2010 corolla that was leased and needs to get out of it because I was going over on my miles. The staff was very easy to work with when it came to getting me out of my lease. Also being as indecisive as I was, our sales associate, Nolan, helped me decide on what I wanted. He ran all over the place trying to help me. Being a college student I had a budget of what I wanted in a monthly car payment. Everyone involved helped me so much to get my payments to where I wanted them. When I left I felt like we were all friends and that I would be easy to come back as well as bring my family back to buy more cars. We may be new Bill Penny loyal customers for now on. More

I am pleased with my purchase, i had Mr MUnoz has a sale rep, he wasn't bad, but i had made de mistake change rep, the your guy David something, cant remember his last, he was much better, he follow my request of not being pushie,and giving me the time, would really like to send him a a card of appologie for requesting someone older, because Mark Munoz was a bit pushie and that i did not appreciate, plus the time it took for me to be in there get thing sign, after all we had to do was sign papers and me give them a check that was unnaprechiated considering we had everything done with my bank and i had to go to work that evening we end up leaving with out being thought about the new car has they were suppose to, then because the person had to go to lunch and the other one was busy we had to come back on a dif day, that was not appropriate considering we had just spent 37000$ on a car with Toyota..... I hope things will be better when if i have to deal with Toyota or when i go get my oil change i hope the service will bell good...... I have to admit that i was please with certain Greg and Roberto i think was the name he was one of the blak shirt guys they both had great customer service....... More
I just bought a 2012 Corolla in March for my daughter. Dealt some with Cindy Huet. She is great! She was very informative and seemed to be on top of all situations.
