When I got to the dealership I had just come from a chevy dealership and was feeling low and discouraged. Frank was the first one to speak to me and he was very upfront and friendly with me. Brent was the next person I dealt with he was kind compassionate but honest and didnt sugar coat the facts. I honestly felt like they were just as happy for me about ME getting the car I wanted as they were for making the sale.Drew was very kind and took time to explain what and why I was signing what I was signing and didnt hurry me out of his office. Larry was the final employee I dealt him he waled me through the car button by button before we even went out to it. Once out to the car he answered any questions I had and Brent even came out and congratulated me again. More

We were showed a super white one. It was the perfect car. Once I went into the finacing portion of the deal, the gentleman told me he saved me just under 3K in finace since I was a firefighter and he had total respect for us and the police since the 9/11 incident. The environment, experience, and overall impression was a fantastic one. They were easy to deal with and offered a fair price on my 2002 BMW 330i on trade. I would highly recommend them for any new or used vehicle. Since my new purchase, they have contacted me three times for total satisfaction. More

Salesman Jim Kilgore was knowledgeable and helpful, Business Manager Drew Huber was efficient and friendly, and Greg Garrison was masterful in delivering our new car. Greg ensured we knew the new Prius' features fully before we left the lot. And finally, Sales Manager Brent Ferdinand ensured we got the best deal possible and that we were very satisfied with the purchase; he was exceptionally professional, efficient, and a genuinely fun guy to work with. Brent made us feel like we were his only customers while juggling many other issues simultaneously that a sales manager has to attend to. He listened carefully, engaged fully and quickly, and met our needs completely. This buying experience was even better than our previous purchase, which was also excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Bill Penney Toyota to friends and family (and have again and again). While purchasing the car, we even had a nice showroom chat with General Sales Manager Tom Gilland and General Manager Zack Penney; Zack even demonstrated removing and attaching a Prius wheel cover for me. How often do you even see the GM at a car dealership, let alone have a street-level chat? Yet every time we visit Bill Penney Toyota, there he and the other top managers are, on the sales floor, working with staff and customers – an awesome team! More

Initially, I was apprehensive with buying from Bill Penney Toyota since I was set on buying a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I figured I go and take a look at the 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid and was glad that Penney Toyota since I was set on buying a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I figured I go and take a look at the 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid and was glad that I did. It is a very well put together car and Al Paris, my initial salesman, was helpful, friendly, and courteous. On my return trip after deciding to buy the car, Al passed me off to Matt Neustadter, a fairly new salesman, because he was more knowledgeable about the hybrid vehicles. Matt is a great salesman. He explained various things one would otherwise miss and was very patient with all the questions I had. Overall I recommend Bill Penney Toyota dealership and both salesmen, Al Paris and Matt Neustadter. More
My experience at Bill Penney Toyota was phenomenal. I was apprehensive about going to a dealership to buy a car because I had heard stories from friends and family about bad experiences they had had at other apprehensive about going to a dealership to buy a car because I had heard stories from friends and family about bad experiences they had had at other dealerships in the past, so the warm, friendly atmosphere that I found had Bill Penney FAR exceeded my expectations. Sean was very pleasant to work with, and while I ultimately walked away with a higher priced vehicle that I had gone in looking for, I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Rather Sean asked me lots of questions about what I was looking for in a car, particularly about my pricing options, and managed to find me the perfect car for me, and worked with me to insure that I would have a payment I could afford. I would recommend Bill Penney Toyota to anyone who is looking to buy a car! More
