I really enjoyed dealing with these guys. I left feeling as though I'd made friends, not just bought a vehicle. Likewse, we selected the Avalon we wanted to test dri online at the dealer's website. We were contacted by our sales rep, Mark Dennis, through email. Likewse, we selected the Avalon we wanted to test drive and look at via the website, which took a lot of the hassle out of the buying process. Upon arriving at the delearship the next day, Mark had our choice of Avalon waiting for our inspection. Mark was exceptionally professional and product knowledgeable regarding the Hybrid. We made an offer which was accepted. Our Avalon was made ready for us later that same day. A great experience! More
