Sales staff was very friendly, not pushy or overbearing. Went to Bill Penney to buy the high-end RAV4 but they did not have one in stock. Salesperson, Greg, convinced me that I could still get the remote start with one model down - installed within a week. 3 month not have one in stock. Salesperson, Greg, convinced me that I could still get the remote start with one model down - installed within a week. 3 months go buy and after a total of 3 days without a car and 2 2-hr waits, I finally get the remote start installed. Catch? Once remotely started, the remote door unlock feature is disabled so in order to get into the back seat, I have to manually unlock the front door, open it, unlock the back door - all while holding child/groceries/etc, rendering the "remote start" completely useless. When I complained, the sales director said "please come see me and we'll make it right". After an hour and a half of waiting, he comes to me saying "we will make this right at only an $8,000 loss to you"! So instead of making it right by fixing my car to the way it was agreed to be when I purchased the vehicle, he says he'll trade-in my car for $8,000 less than I paid in order to get the high-end version. Why did he waste my time to begin with just to slap me in the face? This was not what the agreement when I purchased my car and I would never recommend for anyone to buy a vehicle from Bill Penney Toyota as they refuse to give me the remote start that I asked for (one that is useful). More

Tommy did a great job of helping us find the car we really wanted. He gave us the opportunity to look at and test drive a variety of different models until we found the car we really wanted. Tommy worked with the Sales Manager Roberto Diaz to get us the best deal and they provided us a look at various financing options to make things as affordable as possible. This is a great car and we are very happy with the service provided. Who would of thought we could have gotten a car with all the luxury features of the Avalon and still get 39-40 miles per gallon. Awesome! Tommy spent a day and half working with us on this sale. We have bought a number of cars over the years from Tommy and from Bill Penney Toyota and have been extremely happy with the sales, service, and parts departments over the years. In the last 22 months alone, as our family of drivers has increased, we have purchased a 2012 Camry SE, a 2012 Camry L, a 2012 Corolla S, and now the 2013 Avalon Limited Hybrid. In all of our transactions at Bill Penney, Tommy Terrell has been the salesman. So when we are asked the question in the survey would we recommend Tommy Terrell and Bill Penney Toyota, not only do we recommend them, but we follow our own advice again and again. We also reuse them because we haven't ever experienced the negotiation games some dealers play between the salesperson and the sales manager. The sales manager, Roberto Diaz, is very personable and will work with Tommy to get you a fair deal on the vehicle you want. All in all, Bill Penney Toyota is a great place to do business if you like dealing with people that treat you like family. More

Marlom Stokes, my sales consultant, was very courteous and knowledge about the vehicles. He was able to answer all of my questions about the various available vehicle packages. We were able to agree on a great price at a very low interest rate with a payment that was lower than I anticipated. I would recommend Bill Penney to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. More
